Submit original templates
for review
Show us the work you want to bring to Paperboy. Approval, commercial terms, market availability, and payout setup are confirmed before paid distribution.
Reviewed submissions
Every application and template is reviewed. Applying does not guarantee publication.
Market-aware fulfilment
Approved work may enter the catalog; paid printing still depends on the customer's market and address.
Terms before sales
Approval alone does not start paid distribution. Commercial and payout terms are confirmed separately first.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does the review process take?
There is no fixed review SLA during the pilot. Your artist portal shows the current status, and we will contact you when a decision or more information is needed.
What types of templates can I submit?
We accept business documents (invoices, letterheads, resumes), greeting cards, invitations, posters, and more. All templates must be print-ready PDFs optimized for our supported paper sizes.
What is the multi-layer personalization system?
Our layer system lets you upload artwork with multiple layers, then configure what customers can customize on each layer. You can offer color palettes, hue adjustment dials, free color pickers, text-on-path curves, and more. Learn more about the layer system.
How do payouts work?
Applying does not create a payout entitlement. The applicable royalty, payout schedule, threshold, supported currency, and payment setup are shown and agreed separately before any paid distribution begins.
Can I set my own prices?
You can propose a customer price or submit a free template. Pricing and commercial terms are reviewed before publication; paid distribution does not begin simply because an application or template was submitted.
